Our Journey

2008 – Incorporation
Bansal Roofing Products Limited (BRPL) was incorporated in 2008, laying the foundation for its journey in the roofing and engineered steel solutions industry. During its initial years, the Company adopted a measured approach, focusing on market assessment and strategic planning before undertaking significant capital investment.

2010–2011 – Establishment of Unit 1 & Commencement of Operations
In 2010, the promoters infused capital to establish BRPL’s first manufacturing facility, Unit 1. Following its completion, the Company commenced commercial production in 2011 with a portfolio comprising metal roofing sheets, polycarbonate sheets, FRP roofing sheets and allied accessories.

1) Arrival of Ground Mounted Solar Structure Manufacturing Machines The state-of-the-art machines for manufacturing Ground Mounted Solar Structures are expected to arrive at our factory in the last week of May 2026. Installation and commissioning activities will follow, with commercial production expected to commence in June 2026. This marks another important milestone in BRPL’s commitment to supporting India’s growing renewable energy sector.

2) Structural Steel Prices Continue to Rise Structural steel prices have remained on the higher side and have shown a continuous upward trend over the past two months. This increase is largely attributed to the ongoing Middle East conflict, which has impacted global supply chains and raw material costs.

3) New Hot Rolled Fabrication Expansion Commences Operations BRPL is pleased to announce that its new expansion facility for Hot Rolled Fabrication has successfully commenced operations. This expansion will significantly enhance production capacity and strengthen our ability to meet increasing market demand with improved efficiency and quality.

4) Successful Completion of Prestigious Projects BRPL proudly completed and handed over five prestigious projects during April 2026. These successful deliveries reflect our unwavering dedication to quality, timely execution, and customer satisfaction, further reinforcing our position as a trusted industry leader.
